Bell Mobility Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return your purchase for exchange or refund at the location you originally purchased from, provided:
- it is within 15 calendar days
- you have the original sales receipt
- it is in near new condition with all original packaging, manuals and accessories included
SIM cards and headsets cannot be exchanged or refunded once activated or opened.
Billing for returned devices
You must not exceed 30 minutes of voice usage or in the case of data only devices 50 MB of data usage, and you are responsible for payment of any usage incurred.
If you terminate your Service Agreement upon return of the device as set out above, you will not be charged any cancellation payments. If you are a person with a disability, you may return your purchase within 30 calendar days and double the corresponding usage set out above.
Devices are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty which you can find in the packaging of your device. Each manufacturer has their own warranty terms and conditions which generally covers repairs and defects for up to one year from date of purchase. For more information, visit bell.ca/repairs
