Cellcom Communications is currently looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join our Ottawa team. We are one of the biggest Bell retailers in Québec and Ontario with over 30 Bell retail outlets and a large corporate client portfolio. Our company is one of the fastest-growing companies in the telecommunications industry in Canada.

The primary responsibility of the Corporate account manager is to develop new commercial business relationships and manage it through the sales cycle. You will gain a thorough understanding of the needs and applications of corporate prospects and propose wireless solutions that leverage the full range of Bell Mobility's products and services.  This includes a wide range of add-on products from our cellular accessories company.

This position requires cold calling and on-site visits to prospective customers to generate new relationships and sales.  In addition, you will be issued appointments to serve that are created by our inside sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform high quality cold calls (telephone and door knocking)) to small and medium sized companies across the Ottawa Valley/Gatineau area to win new business relationships.
  • Evaluate clients' needs, identify opportunities, offer solutions, and win new accounts.
  • Promote our products and services within the sales process, bond with clients, and earn their confidence in order to successfully open new accounts
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Bell’s services and pricing structure
  • Understand promotions, remain informed on price changes, promotions and products
  • Keep clients informed of upcoming products, service and/or discounts

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Two to three years experience as an Outbound Sales Representative or a Business Development Manager
  • Significant knowledge of cellular technologies
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Strong communication (oral and written)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Bilingual (French and English) an asset
  • Car mandatory
